- your full NAME and ADDRESS (kindly also your phone no. should you want us to contact you, or to contact you in case of some problem with e-mail transmission. Don't worry, we will not give them to anyone else, and we will contact you only for this purpose and in no other occasion).
- the NUMBER OF PERSONS in your party including overnight guests, and possibly their age.
- your DATES, as precise as possible (in and out), or at least the general period of your stay.
- the desired LOCATION (if any, you can also just enquire about central properties for ex., or for villas near Rome, Umbria etc.).
- the SIZE required: number of BEDROOMS, number of BATHROOMS, also, how large should the sitting room be.
- the QUALITY REQUIRED (economy, standard, quality, elegant, deluxe).
- any additional detail will be useful (request of terrace, difficulty climbing stairs etc.).
- if you are interested about a specific property, kindly write its name or at least some detail to let us understand which one it is.

IMPORTANT:  We rent on a weekly basis. If you intend renting less than a week you may still write to us, indicating precisely your in / out dates.
*However we will reply to you only if it will be possible renting to you (for ex. if your dates matches other rental periods etc).
