Through a door of the sitting
room you enter the first terrace (we will soon publish a photo about it, it can be seen in the background of this sitting room
photo). It is at the same level of the sitting room, and from it you already have
beautiful panoramic views of Rome. This terrace is little, and it transforms into a balcony
partly encircling the apartment (you will find its photos below).
A little flight of stairs made of a few steps introduces to the two larger master
terraces, which form a roof garden (of app. 50 sq. mt., 500 sq. ft) where from you have
the most complete and stunning views of Rome.

| While the
first terrace is probably more suitable for breakfast, the second terrace is the ideal to
dine outside "al fresco". It is also the largest.
It includes a table with chairs for four, and deck
chairs. As you can see, there are many plants, of many varieties, in large vases. |

The third terrace is
ideal to see the stunning views of Rome (presented in other pages), as if it were an
observation point. It is also ideal to sunbath, or to relax with the magnificent views. In
fact, you can find a bench and deck chairs.

The photos below show
the balcony which is at the same level of the first terrace, and which encircles partly
the apartment. In a well concealed section there is space for the wires to dry clothes.
